This men’s class usually begins at the coffee pot in Fellowship Hall around 9:00 AM before moving to the education wing and Room #101.  These men are well versed in the Bible and have lively discussions generated by The Thoughtful Christian website contemporary Bible study lessons.  In addition to their studies, these guys make the pancakes in Kilgore and put out a great fish fry in the spring!

The Remnant Class

“Isaiah”

The Remnant class meets in the Parlor.  This discussion class of men and women continues their study of Isaiah beginning this fall with Chapters 39-66.  The Interpretation Isaiah series by Paul D. Hanson is used as a Bible Commentary for Teaching.

This series offers a full interpretation of the biblical text while also bringing an understanding of what the text says into dialogue with the critical questions and problems of contemporary life and faith.

This is a class with lots of discussion and conversation over cups of coffee and donuts.  Join them in the Parlor—class begins at 10:00AM.
